Ditsch in Plauen

I actually only wanted to send my "problem" during the visit to Ditsch (general homepage) as a suggestion, but this did not work because my e-mail address was supposedly incorrect. (which it was def., also another, 2nd e-mail address was supposedly incorrect) Since my concern is important to me, I am writing it here now. I bought a pizza and was asked: "Take away?". My thought: (of course there are no seats here as in Dresden) so my answer was "yes". Then I noticed that it was lukewarm so almost cold. Only then did I realize what "take away" really meant. Well now it was too late, for hygienic reasons you can no longer reheat the bitten pizza. Understandable but I had a cold pizza instead. So my suggestion, maybe the employees should love to ask: "Eat right away or for later / at home?". In addition, I have to honestly say that I have never thought before that someone would buy a pizza from Ditsch to warm up and eat it at home. Therefore, unfortunately, a bad experience for me today. Pizza was edible, but not necessarily tasty when cold. But was hungry and the 2.60 € were already gone anyway.
